Returns and personalisation

Standard (non-personalised) items

You have 14 days from receipt to return a standard item, unused, in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us first at contact@kuhtag.ch to arrange the return. Return costs are borne by the customer. After receipt and inspection of the item, the refund is made within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Personalised pieces

Personalised pieces — in your colours, with a name, a logo or any other personalisation — are made specially for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. We always submit a mock-up for your approval before production to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Damaged or defective product

If your piece arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days at contact@kuhtag.ch with photos. We will find a suitable solution (repair, replacement or refund). Products are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty.
