1. Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all orders placed on the website kuhtag.ch, operated by Diamedia Sàrl (hereinafter “Kuhtag” or “the Seller”). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products
Kuhtag offers resin cow sculptures, in standard sizes and as personalised pieces (colours, first name, logo). Images are not contractually binding; slight variations in shade or finish, inherent to handcrafted production, may occur.
4. Prices
Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products; they are set out in article 7 and displayed before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.
5. Order and personalisation
For personalised pieces, a mock-up is submitted to the customer for approval before production starts. The order becomes binding once the mock-up has been approved and payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered on the website (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and other available solutions). B2B orders or orders on quotation may be subject to specific payment terms stated in the quotation.
7. Delivery
Kuhtag delivers in Switzerland and Europe. As each piece is made to order, the indicative production time is 5 to 8 weeks, depending on size, personalisation and volume, plus the shipping time.
Small and medium sizes (up to the H67 size): CHF 7.– for delivery in Switzerland, free from a purchase of CHF 65.–; CHF 15.– for delivery in Europe. The applicable costs are displayed at checkout.
Life-size pieces and cow benches (special delivery): delivery costs are not free of charge and amount to:
- CHF 150.– for delivery in the canton of Vaud;
- CHF 250.– for delivery in the other French-speaking cantons (Geneva, Valais, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Jura);
- CHF 350.– for delivery in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.
At checkout, the customer selects the rate corresponding to the canton of delivery. If the selected rate does not match the delivery address, Kuhtag contacts the customer and invoices or refunds the difference before shipping. Delivery of life-size pieces and benches outside Switzerland is subject to a quotation.
Lead times are indicative; a delay shall not give rise to cancellation or compensation. Any transport damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt to contact@kuhtag.ch, with photos.
8. Right of return
Standard, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer. The refund is made within 10 working days of receipt and inspection of the item.
Personalised pieces (colours, first name, logo or any other personalisation) are neither taken back nor refunded, as they are goods made to the customer's specifications and cannot be resold.
9. Warranty
Products benefit from the statutory warranty for defects of 2 years. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
10. Liability
Kuhtag shall not be liable for indirect damage. Pieces intended for outdoor use must be installed and maintained in accordance with our recommendations.
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Blonay (Canton of Vaud), subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
