The workshop
Every cow is born by hand
From raw form to the last coat of varnish: discover how our resin sculptures are shaped, painted and finished by hand, piece by piece, in our partner workshops.
Craftsmanship
From raw resin to your cow
Six steps, and a lot of patience.
The form
It all starts with a sculpture cast in resin, reinforced with fibreglass for large sizes. From the small 15 cm model to the life-size cow, each piece is deburred, sanded and inspected before painting.
Your brief
Colours, patterns, logo, name or even the coat of your own cow: we start from your photos and your wishes. For a custom project, you approve a mock-up before painting begins.
Hand-painted
Base coats are spray-painted, then the patterns, flowers and details are painted by brush. Nothing is printed: no two cows are ever quite the same, and that is what makes them charming.
Logos and personalisation
Company logo, coat of arms, name or date: markings are applied with care, wherever you choose on the sculpture.
Finishes and varnish
Matt or gloss finish, your choice. For a cow that will live outdoors, we recommend the more protective gloss varnish.
Packing and delivery
Large pieces travel in a custom-made wooden crate. Allow 5 to 8 weeks between your order and delivery: each cow is made for you.
Artist collaboration
Jessica Weymann, dot painting by hand
Some cows are entrusted to the artist Jessica Weymann, who covers them dot by dot with vibrant patterns: each piece is unique and signed. Follow her work on Instagram @weymannjessica.
